Each Asensé Design piece is handcrafted with care.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout.
Asensé Design reserves the right to correct any typographical or pricing errors before processing an order.
All items are subject to availability, and in the event that an item cannot be produced, the customer will be informed immediately.
5. Ordering Process and Confirmation
After completing your purchase, you will receive an email confirming your order details.
The purchase contract is considered valid once Asensé Design accepts the order and the payment has been received.
Asensé Design reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of clear pricing errors, lack of stock, or suspected fraud.

PayPal (3.5% surcharge)
Cash on delivery
All payments are processed through secure, encrypted (SSL) systems.
Orders paid by bank transfer will be shipped once payment has been confirmed.
7. Shipping
All orders are shipped from Toledo, Spain, using trusted courier services.
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
Estimated delivery times:

Europe: 5–10 business days
Please note: personalized or made-to-order pieces may require additional production time. You will be informed before shipment.
8. Order Reception
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.
We recommend keeping the original packaging until you have verified that your item arrived in perfect condition.
If your parcel arrives damaged or has been tampered with, please make a note on the delivery slip and contact us within 48 hours.
9. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
You may return your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, provided the item has not been used or damaged.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Please note: Personalized, engraved, or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless defective.
10. Warranty and Repairs
All Asensé Design products are covered by a 2-year legal warranty against manufacturing defects, in accordance with European regulations.
This warranty does not cover wear and tear or damage caused by improper use.
If your jewelry needs repair, please contact us — we’ll always try to offer a suitable or handcrafted restoration solution.

All images, texts, and designs on this website are the property of Asensé Design and are protected by copyright laws.
